Hi Sir/Madam, I am Y. Anil kumar. My sim is in my father proof : Y.Anjaneyulu. my sim is activated 999 family plan on this number : 8790975323. upto June ending im in prepaid plan only after that one my friend is added me in his family group plan with my concern OTP. But he removed me without any intimation , thats ok.fine but my concern, How and why airtel is gave permission to select my plan amount while removing from his group that too without OTP. ( I dont no who activated this plan, but airtel customer care and airtel backend team members told me like this , your family member primary number person is activated this plan on august 18th .) i did not use any postpaid services from airtel like internet, Amazon prime , etc etc because i dnt know about benefits and how to add family members, now i got a bill with 915 rs suddenly i shocked how i got this much amount. This is too worst thing ever i faced. and this executives and backend team give me cheap offers 250 off on total bill to use. if i want to go prepaid they are asking me to pay 850rs on 1367 bill amount. If any one not paid postpaid bills they are do calls from nodal officers like you have to go to court if not paid like that., then here Company is not intimated me to activate this plans, I dont want to pay 1 rupee also. i did not select this plan and my main concern is how airtel gave rights to others.that too while removing from their groups. Please help me on this.
