Sir,
On yesterday, i just checked broadband plan for my friend. After that I got one otp to my prepaid mobile number 90430****5. I fed up the otp in online page. After that my network changed to postpaid without my request and knowledge. I couldn’t pay bill. This is for your kind information. So please change my network to prepaid. Again I’m telling that i couldn’t pay amount in postpaid. If u generated a bill. I’m not responsible for that. Change my network to prepaid or allow me to change my network through mobile port out. This is for your information and necessary action please.
