I am Super senior Citizen Up 82 years CRONIC heart patient, VISION PROBLEM) A system analyst by profession,A GREEN CARD HOLDER Having global Reach On regular basis LODGED a complaint dialing 198 BROADBAND COMPLAINT ON 28.3.2026 ( SO FAR I REMBER, ) TECHNICACIAN NAMED ” SHUVANKAR” CAME AND ASKED TO PAY RS 1200 / FOR RELOCATION OF SIGNAL SOURE, HE ASKED MY PAN CARD, AADHAR CARD, VOTER CARD ALL IN ORIGINAL. MY FLAT HAS DB BOX INSTALLED A BASEMENT WITH DIRECT CONNECTION FROM POLE OPPOSITE TO ME FLAT Initially has for the payment Buy Google pay or Rupee pay, On my refusal He asked for cash With a promise to Send the money received To my mail I talked to the supervisor Through his phone Ask him Why Need so many Documents None of the Type of interaction It was not told That my Plan mode Would be change from Prepaid ( WHERE ADVANCE PAYMENT MADE TILL 2027) And he also Assured That To confirm Officially The change of relocation of the address of source The voter id Aadhar card Pan card Are required ₹1200 will be adjusted After Expiry of the present Plan Into 2027 . No MR received was issued Neither I could detect Any physical activities Of changing the Source OF network By connecting the Dubai in my flat None of them Ever confirm The King of bland mode Only on 29th evening Customer care agent Protima She told me That your plan has been changed from Prepaid to postpaid Nothing is written over there. The followUP OF network Signals All the highly secured apps Stop working 5CCTV Wif Instal on my flat Stopped working I could not open Google web message Neither I could open Bank account online Having been panicky Being a RETIRED 82 YRS AGE I I repeatedly Contacted Customer care agents Dial Pradeep Das Anjali , SUMAN M,SHUVANKAR. None of Told me the clear picture Finally At around 7AM WAS SUCCESSFUL IN GETTIN CONNECTED TO TECHNICAL TEAM LEADER SHINY. HE CONFIRMED OVER PHONE THE FILLOWNG ACTIONS:
1. NEWLY ACTIVATED POST PAID CONNECTION TO BE STOPPED ( IT WOULD TAKE 72 HRS)
2. TO REACTIVATE MY EXISTING PREPAID CONNECTION ON 999 VALID TILL 2027 (IT WILL TAKE 24 HRS)
HENCE I TOLD SHINY THAT NEXT 24 HRS MY TOTAL SYSTEM ( SMS, CCTV INSTALLED ON MY HOME),ACCESS TO MY BANK ACCOUNTS WONT BE VAAILABLE TO ME BUT ANY HACKER CAN HAVE ACCESS TO ALL MY BANKS WHEN PAN CARDM AADHAR CAR , VOTER ID CARD & PHONE LINKS ARE AVAILABLE
I HAVE ALREADY TO;LD THE TECHINCAL TEAMMANAGER MR SHINY OF ANY UNWANTED ACTIVITIES HAPPN THRGH MY ACCOUNT JIO WOULD BE HOLD LIABLE
