Hi,

I, Mounica is oldest user of airtel since 2015. My entire family is using airtel airtel only because it is one of the best networks in overall the world. I regret that few months back i was dissatisfied with the service been provided by airtel as without intimation atleast through message, they have debited by talktime balance for about Rs.100/- . There is no prior intimation that due to service they will charge Rs.25 from my talk time. I was shocked literally how my talktime got less. One day i went to  the office to get clarification on the issue but as  i expected there is no use. I request you to look into this matter. Iam one of the happiest users of airtel but it went so worse. Still i didn’t get any reply from them or any. Even i had no response over call. It is so funny that they advertise very intelligently without satisfying customers properly. My phone number is 8374545798. Hope you will help me in this regard.
