I received SMS on 01/11/2021 from 54300 saying that “Hello Your subscription to Players Club-60 Days Pack Digital will be renewed on 2021-11-02 and you will be charged Rs.98/-“. I have not activated such service & there is no question of renewing it.
I spoke to customer care executive of Vodfone & they said its third party have send the sms & my money has been deducted. How can Vodafone deduct the money without our consent & who authorised third party to send such sms.
