Hi sir, I was booked my flight ticket on 9th oct-2020. Booking ID: NN2911853956778, PNR: EDL4MJ, E-ticket no.176-3856298764. Hyderabad to Bahrain and my ticked was confirmed and given ticket and invoice copy. When i went to schedule time for boarding airline said my flight ticket was cancelled when i asked reason they said no display your ticket kindly contact to booking agent (Makemytrip) When i was called to agent they said it was cancelled by airline (Emirates). Airline and agent they started blaming each other finally airline offloaded me from boarding and my flight is departure. I was shock i didn’t understand what to do even i dont know why it was cancelled ?. when i want to go inside and talk with airline the security is not allowing me to entry i was waiting like fool all airline workers are busy at the departure gate . After depature my flight i was conferences airline and agent then airline said it was cancelled by government?? But why not allowed due to covid???finally i went to sicking for help to information desk after 20 min they called airline they said real reason for cancelled my flight ticket.

It’s was cancelled due to no connecting flight from Dubai to Bahrain.

If there is no connecting flight why my ticket is confirmed also why booking agent is not given any information to me until i boarding.

I was continually received message regarding airbag sanitizer, hotel and taxi ????? But when my ticket was cancelled why they didn’t send SMS or whatsapp , through email ????

Now im suffering due to airline (EMIRATE )and agent (MAKEMYTRIP)

1. I didn’t received refund
2. I was lost my job because i was committed to my HR
3. I west my money 12k for two taxi .(I went to airport along with my family and relative from karnakata)
4. I west my time since 2 days continually calling but no result.
5. I was traveled midnight around 250 km to airport but result is zero ??

why nobody take action why always poor people has to suffer why these companies easily make peoples fool.

Respected sir ..I need justice i was lost my job and money now how i will run my family ???

Please kindly take immediately action against these airline (EMIRATES) Agent (MAKE MYTRIP)

Otherwise i dont have any choice left i need to complaint SUSHMA SAWRAJ.

Hope you understand my problem.
