Hi sir,
My father using airtel number from past 10 years. 1 year before upgraded sim to 4G. Now a week before it is suddenly displayed insert sim. We thought it is phone problem, changed phone still same. When we visit airtel store. They’re telling sim might damaged but number registered with some other name like B. So it’s mismatch you have to go district office. Later a week. The service was disconnected . When we visit district office telling it’s disconnected someone will take.. you have to pay 1000 rupees. Sir it’s all are happened with senior citizen who using basic set . Still the issue has not resolved. Requesting you please take an necessary action to activate my number. Thank you
