Hi, we have plan for the port the existing Vodafone no 9699155577 with airtel and we have send email to airtel officers to check network coverage which is available at my location they confirmed me 100% network so that i send the upc code only and ported this no in airtel network.I had not given any documentation written and signed KYC adulthood no has got ported.Post coming in airtel we seems not coverage area and we have complaint the same with airtel but they are not taking care even network servey done and found no any tower.Have escalate the with MD and CEO and other top management team but no any effect .Today they are telling to perform in future. I request you to help me as i am issue with location wise i had missed my important calls. Also my services has stopped because non payment of due amount.I had already told them to provide the proper network then i will pay the dues amount.we are unable to pay the due amount due unhappy with network. we have send 150 emails but they guys only entertain not taking seriously.

Hi , We have already escalate the network issue but we have not seen any improvement and solution so i had email to airtel management for agreed with partial payment because as of now we are using partial services as in office hour we are getting network but when i reached at defected location ie my home then we found not coverage area so i has requested for partial payment but they are not responding nor calling as i am facing the same by last two months .
