Dear sir/ Madam,
Sub: Without BSNL FTTH CONNECTION RECEIVED BILL FOR DEC2021
I applied for BSNL FTTH Connection on Dec 24th 2021 in BSNL OFFICE, NEYVELI TOWNSHIP, Tamilnadu. They asked me to pay ₹4700 for modem & installation to a contractor, i paid same that day itself. ON 26th i received a message stating my Connection is active. But no connection or modem installed or any visit by Contractors.
Due to my work nature there was some difficulty to give timing for installation. Even then on 28.12.21 asked them to give connection one day after some arrangements. But Contractors didnt come that day.
So today is 09.01.2022, I didnt have ftth connection nor modem installed. But i received a message stating my BSNL bill for dec 2021 is generated for ₹610.
I raised 2 complaints. Both the times, I received a message that the compaint is resolved. When i asked customer care, they are not giving any explanation.
