without any subscription they are continuously deducting balance.and customer care of vodafone-idea told me no vas activated

I got the same msg from Vodafone idea .that I have been charged for some funportal and deducted 20 rs from my number . I worked for 3years with Vodafone im not like other consumers who is not aware of this things . I haven’t activated anything and I hardly use that number
