I’m a regular and plus member customer of Flipkart but from some days I didn’t get my parcel on time and i got different products in packaging and I’m raised complaint against this but Flipkart doesn’t do anything.
Before yesterday I’m received my 2parcels but in one parcel I got nothing that was empty only cardboard pieces and waste wrapper are inside that i complaint to Flipkart and the Flipkart customer executive raised a return by my behalf but next means yesterday my Flipkart account is blocked and they text me that you used higher returns so we blocked your account but it’s not a valid reason because I’m not using too much returns I’m always order products for my personal use,i never thought that I’m buying products for returning them
But what to do when you didn’t get your product,still i can’t got my refund and my account is blocked
I’m a customer I’m paid for orders and wait for orders and then I’m suffering from this type of issues
So i complaint against this
Because it’s not a valid reason for my account blocking
