I am your customer since last two years. I had activated your service i.e. Tata Sky Binge as free trail pack for 7 day only.
As per SMS received from Tata Sky, this service should end as per plan. But suddenly this service has been activated with paid.
I called Tata Sky call center they told me this service will be de activated and my amount will be refunded soon. But since last 3 days still no any process done.
With whom permission this service was activated. Where is written that the service will be automatically renewed.
Why there is no any option for de activate the service?
I want my money back.
