i bought two BH Bags BH-BP 5019 40L LAPTOP BACKPACK BAGS WITH ORDER ID-OD125463323022659000 ON 14 TH JULY WORTH 599/ EACH. I PAID THAT AMOUNT THROUGH GOOGLE PAY 1198/ RUPEES ON 14TH JULY , TRANSACTION ID 2XXXXXXX3306. BUT YOUR SELLER WITH OUT MY KNOWLEDGE THAT ITES CANCELLED BUT NOT REFUND MY AMOUNT. IAFTERTHEN I TRIED SO MANY TIMES , YOUR CUSTMER CARE MEMBERS NOT GIVEN PROPER INFORMATION AND ALSO THEY DISCONNECTED MY CALL WITHOUT INFORMATION.
NOW THEY ARE SAID REFUND COMPLETED BUT I DIDN’T GET ANY REFUND IN MY GOOGLE PAY. IF YOU NEED I WILL SHOW MY TRANSACTION HISTORY IN MY GOOGLE PAY. FIRST OF ALL WITHOUT ANY INFORMATION WHY THAT ITEM CANCELLED AND THEY DIDN’T REFUND. I WASTED MY TIME FOR THIS. SO I NEED MY REFUND IMMDETITLY OTHERWISE I WILL GO FOR FURTHER ACTION.
