Text of Complaint by TARUN KANTI BHOWMIK:

On May 2022 I took one JIO prepaid mobile connection vide no: 8100303759 after submitting all documents .Unfortunately , I am not able to use this connection long time but recharged time to time as required.
On 01/05/2022 I recharged Rs. 209/- through On line
On 19/06/2022 I recharged Rs. 239/- through On line
On 26/04/2023 I recharged Rs. 719/- through Online.

While visiting JIO store , I came to know that my mobile connection service withdrawn and the aforesaid no was given to another Person named Nazrul Islam. I need me latest recharged money Rs, 719 /- and proper reason why my no being allotted to another person without any intimation given me.
Please look into this matter
