I have ordered a Water purifier and the delivery boy called me and saying that I have to collect the order from warehouse and then I said I can’t collect you people have to deliver the order and he disconnected the phone call and later I have informed the customer service they said that it will be delivered but after 3 days it was not delivered and i have called them they have not responded and they have kept my call on hold for more than 50 minutes and disconnected the call and they have cancelled the order without my permission.I have faced a lot of harassment.
