Without any fault from my side my documented sim card has been deactivated by the company and when i have contacted to customer support team they have told me to visit retailer store or nearest Airtel office.I have visited the retailer store but the store member has denied to help me as the sim card has bought it from other city .Now from where i should knock for the help as i don’t have any nearest Airtel Office.I can’t travel 76kms far away from my house to renewal of the sim card as i haven’t done any mistake
