On 7th November 2024 I had received a message stating auto debit however on 09th November 2024 was debited from my credit card without an OTP request. I haven’t initiated any auto payment in the bank or the phone. and after reaching out to customer care people weren’t helpful in resolving. please look into this and do the needful.
