Tata sky dth ID number is 1253348641
Tata sky technician visited on 14/04/2021 and charges Rs.150 deducted from my Tata sky account after that second time Tata sky technician visited on 21/04/2021 and charges Rs.300 again deducted from my Tata sky account,
I had given complaint same to CRM team but they are saying that I had given request to change my residential address, I had refused that, and I never gave any application to Tata sky for change the address I am staying on same address from last 14 years.
When I asked CRM team for any proof for my call that I had applied to change adress at that time they don’t have proof of my 16/04/2021 call recording but they are not giving me.
And if require I have call recording which I had discussed with CRM team on call.
Plz look into this matter and do the needful.
