Rs 10,000 has been paid to Shine, but the portal has not been activated.
No user ID or password has been provided to us.
Additionally, now they are not ready to provide a refund.
Despite being a big company with a good brand image, we are unable to comprehend why they are behaving in this manner.
Furthermore, when I attempt to communicate with their representative regarding the same, they are not responding.
This is truly unprofessional behavior.
