Text of Complaint by Uday Sai Kiran Pulipaka:

We have ordered Thomson TV (9R PRO 139 cm (55″ inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED smart YTV)) from Flipkart and it was delivered on 25.05.2023 and installed on 27.05.2023. We faced few difficulties with that TV like few Apps are not supporting in the TV like NETFLIX. It is no where mentioned that NETFLIX is not supported in this version. Even Hotstar is also not working sometimes. The audio is also not expected. So we have raised the return request on the very next day (i.e., 28.05.2023). So from that day onwards we are trying to reach the customer support executive they mentioned that the pickup will be on or before 31.05.2023 after completion of Technician Visit. But technician did not contact us till 31.05.2023. So we contacted the support team again to know the pickup details. On 01.06.2023 they said that your return is rejected as your return policy is also completed by today so we are unable to place the return request. But in the flipkart website it show that return is available till 04.06.2023. They said that they have escalated this issue and we will be issuing the proper resolution by 05.06.2023. Today i.e., 03.06.2023 we received call from them saying we are able to replace the TV but not return. Further they mentioned return policy was completed by yesterday. The product cost is around Rs.30,000/-. So we are requesting you to kindly help us to return the TV even though we have return policy time they are not accepting to take the product back. We requesting them to replace with the updated version of the TV even if it cost more than this. We are ready to pay the extra amount also. But we are not happy with this version.
