Hi,

Myself VETRIVEL, I am using Airtel hotspot device to connect the data by using 9597964757 number.
16-08-2022 early morning 12:00 to 12:30 and than i off the device and morning 8AM again i switch on the device, i am unable to use the data. as i validate from airtel app my data was 0MB and i have additional package 4GB that data also i am unable to use.

As i discussed with airtel customer care Mr.Ramprasath he told me I’m used my 2GB data in 12:00AM to 12:11AM. again i have ask him what is your internet data speed and how we can use 2GB data within 11Min. He unable to answer my question, he repeatedly told me as per our data you have used 2GB data in time limit of 12:00AM to 12:11AM. we will take the compliant to that 4GB additional data only.

kindly validate and assist on this.
