I am Jeevan Raghuwanshi. I have a shop of photocopy and plasticwares.
My BharatPe account is blocked for no reason and my funds of approximately Rs. 14,528 is blocked and not getting released from BharatPe.
Please ensure to release my hard earned money since.
This is creating a huge financial burden on my business and is creating insecurity related to my money which is locked.
The customer support of BharatPe is saing that refund will be processed after 90 days, I cant wait for 90 days on these false hopes of unblocking.
Bharatpe asked me to upload the proofs of business and the transactions. Inspite of uploading and submitting the documents my account is still not unblocked.
I sincerely request for justice
