On 8th of current month I have withdrawn 3000 RS from the vision 11 app, but till date it is not been credited to my account no 005891800005304, when I check with the merchant they replied that it is been successfully done and also they have share me the screen shot as it is attached, I have also checked with the bank but they are saying that no transaction is done on those days, and saying to check it from the merchant side.
Please check the same and do the justice, am waiting for you reply.
