Text of Complaint by Sahil Patel:

I have withdrawn money from my account but it is not visible in my account.
The game shows successfully completed but no money is credited to the account.
Talk to the support team to let them know it was successful.
Or are you being asked to send a bank statement?
I have sent a statement to Bolte, this statement is not being played, another one has been sent, this is how people talk.
I told them to return my money to the game but they are saying that it is not possible
