Withdrawal Marked as “Success” but Amount Not Received happy Casino Support Team, I am writing to report an issue with my withdrawal request from my Happy Ace Casino account. Transaction Details: User ID: 6009738054 Withdrawal Date: 14/10/2025 Order ID: 7238541641254560232 Amount: ₹11,500 Status (in app): Success Payment Method: [Bank Transfer UTR No.: 528717999667 Although your system shows the withdrawal as successful, I have not received the amount in my Union Bank of India account even after 13days. I have verified with my bank, and they have confirmed in writing that no transaction with the above UTR was credited to my account. My bank statement also shows no such deposit.
