Hello
I’ve been using 1xbet for about a year now, since August im having a trouble withdrawing funds from my account via bank cards
It gives me the same error message (denied by operator)
At first i contacted the website and they told me rhat it’s from the bank not them
I contacted my bank several times and they assured me that the problem is not from them as they are not recieving any transaction from the website
I contacted the website several times afterwards then they told me that the problem with bank cards as they are trying to solve the problem, it has been more than a month and im trying to withdraw funds and when i contact the website they told me that they were gonna block me if I contacted them about the same problem!
What should i do if the problem is jot solved yet
They keep telling me use alternative payment method and all the alternative payments are not available in my country

I want to file a complaint against the website as they are not letting me withdraw funds via bank cards
