Complaint regarding unathorised withdrawal of money from my PAYTM wallet
On dated 24/08/2020 at about 10.08PM , some one Mr KAMAL HUSSAIN / MANISH TELECOM has withdraw Rs.11680/ from my PAYTM wallet . No any OTP for payment of was received from PAYTM side. Neither any OTP from PAYTM nor my consent , money was withdrawn by unknown person Mr. Kamal Hussain in unathorised way .Perhaps this comes under cyber crime/fraud. During the said time I am sleeping & when wakeup in the next morning on 25/08/2020 at about 5.30AM I register a complaint with customer care of M/s PAYTM on no. 01204456456. TILL DATE NO ACTION IS TAKEN AGAINT THE ABOVE.
Thus it is requested to kindly register the complaint & do the needul so that I received my money .
