I am user of mostbet ,
I made a withdrawal of INR20000 on 23/06/2024, which was not received in my bank account.i contact with customer support of mostbet and they told me that withdrawal release successfully from their system but amount was not received,then they told me to contact with my bank and ask for bank official response letter which mention that my account is not credited with such amount,I provided that Letter too but now it’s more than 1 month they are not giving my amount and daily saying that withdrawal released successfully.
My bank told me that amount is refunded to source account due to beneficiary name is mismatch,they are not giving any update.please help me.
