Hi Team,

I placed the withdrawal of 12k on 17th July 23, it shows approved in parimatch site but i never received amount in my account. I reached out to online chat service for more than 30 times and conversed via email for than 20 times but looks they are not taking my concern on a serious note and keep saying same thing everytime that their team is working. None of my recent withdrawal are successful, i suspect its a fradulent gaming app, please review and stop licensing of this company. Also, I have gone through mental trauma from last 3 weeks due their worst customer handling, it increased my BP as well. I would need them to refund my withdrawal along with additional compensation for anguishing me.

Mainly please stop licensing for this worst fradulent company
