I have been using 4rabet from past 25 days. Now from past two weeks Im not able to withdraw the amount. I contacted support team through their chat and mail but no proper response was given. They just ask us to wait and dont give any proper TAT or resolution for the concern. there support team asked me to send some documents and video for verification of account and they said it will take 2-7 days to get verified, now it has been more than 7 days but no response is given.
My registered mail id is [email protected]. Please file a complaint against 4 rabet as they are not allowing us to withdraw the amount.
