Concerning my withdrawal request of March 16th for ₹22,000, I have yet to receive the funds despite submitting my bank statement. I have not received an adequate response. Your request for a letter from my bank confirming non-receipt using the UTR number is inappropriate, as you initiated the transaction and your bank generated the UTR. My bank cannot provide information regarding a UTR number generated by your institution. They can only confirm that the funds were not credited to my account. Therefore, a letter including the UTR is impossible for them to provide. I can provide an updated bank statement if necessary. Please expedite the return of my funds.
