I have made account on jackpot guru and deposited 50k and have withdraw able balance of 55k but the withdrawal page says “You are currently suspended from making payments “. I am chasing customer support from last 3 days and also dropping mails but no response. Now they are saying i have not made any deposit so can’t withdraw. But the below screenshot simply shows the deposited amount and also withdrawal balance. Please help on this matter.
