I withdrew ₹34,513 on 13th February, but the amount has still not been credited to my bank account. I have sent them more than 100 messages, but they keep closing the chat without resolving my issue. There is no proper customer care number available to file a complaint.
This website, Playinmatch.com, appears to be fraudulent. They have cheated many people and are running a money scam with customers.
I humbly request the Government of India to take strict action and ban this website from search engines to prevent innocent people from being cheated in the future.
