I have submitted a request for withdrawal of my money from the Coindcx account. It has been 3 days since I withdrew my amount. I have tried contacting the company with no success. When I emailed them multiple times, I received the auto generated reply stating that there is an issue with the banking partner, and I would get my money in 1 or 2 banking days. For the matter of fact that it has been 3 days past now. Still they say 1 or 2 banking days.
The worst part is there are accepting the deposit in few minutes/hours but not withdrawing the money. And on top of that there is no communication at all.
