​I am filing a formal complaint against the Teen Patti Dhan App regarding two withdrawal requests that have been stuck in “Processing” status for nearly a month, despite showing the status as “Already dunned.”

​Issue Description:
It has been over 25 days since I submitted these requests. The app’s rules state that withdrawals should be processed, yet these funds have not reached my bank account. Every time I check, the status remains “Processing.”
​Requested Action:
I request the platform to either immediately credit the total amount of ₹1,000 to my bank account or refund the amount back to my game wallet so I can re-initiate the process. User.737422
