Text of Complaint by Srikanth Sudhaa:

I have a Betway account and I withdraw £300, £399 and £501 in total of £1200 on Feb 4Th 2023, and I withdraw to my debit card, after couple of days I contacted them for my money they said we paid you but I haven’t received after a week I contacted again and again but they gave me One ARN number and told me to track from your bank side and I contacted the bank and they couldn’t track the transaction with the ARN Number Provided. And it’s been a 3 weeks and I’m still waiting for my funds and I haven’t got any response from Betway and still they are saying we paid you but I haven’t got anything and I shared my Bank statement and everything but no response from Betway company now I wanna take it to the Next level of complaint
