At first I sent an email to astro pay asking for their assistance with my validation and withdrawal the issue was that i couldn’t withdraw money from my astro pay account although i had 55 USD at the time so i thought maybe the issue was the currency so i converted it to my countries currency which is Rand i did so twice and after converting it twice the money i had in my wallet dropped to 48 USD so i stopped converting and searched for alternative methods to withdraw my money i found out that you need a card to withdraw money from astro pay and the visa card option wasn’t there on my mobile app so i thought it would be a voucher therefore i purchased a R100 voucher and tried to withdraw again and again same thing “you don’t have enough money in your wallet so I sent an email to astro pay they haven’t responded and its been a week and 5 days dealing with this issue already and I’ve been more then patient with them
