It’s been a month I’m doing follow up regarding my withdrawal 11051/-

Here I’m getting response from your service team it’s already credited to my account saying UTR no : 509830313670.
But here I have provided my account statement. They are saying this account number is wrong. But with same account only they are giving me reference of UTR. Though provided my account statement was wrong they are saying not matching with the withdrawal account. I’m not able to understand this. Further happened and previously happened withdrawals are same account which I have provided and what your service team is provided. But here why only that particular withdrawal only not credited to my account.
Finally they are saying ask my bank regarding this withdrawal. I requested them to provide me the details of withdrawal but for that nobody is giving details of that. What to do
