Text of Complaint by Shrinarayan Kalwar:

I am writing to raise a concern regarding the withdrawal of my winnings from the Namaste Teen Patti application.

I recharged an amount of ₹4600 and subsequently won ₹3,300 while playing the game. When I attempted to withdraw my winnings, the application showed a processing time of 24 hours. However, even after the completion of 24 hours, the amount has not been credited to my account.

Additionally, when I click on the “Urgent Payment” option, it displays the message “Already Dunned.” I also have a daily withdrawal limit of ₹500, but all my withdrawal requests are currently stuck with the same “Already Dunned” status, and no payment has been processed so far.

I kindly request you to look into this issue at the earliest and process my pending withdrawal or initiate a refund of my amount if the withdrawal cannot be completed
