I had placed withdrawal request of rs 5000 on 28 November 2021 at 00:41 IST request number (906441495)

I received a confirmation on 1xbet that amount has been transferred through e transfer but amount has not been received in my account and I have also received message from bank stating upi transfer is not currently available for that particular person who has initiated the transfer.

I am following up from 15 days but no response. I am suspecting fraud activities
