Hello,
Im krishna from chennai. I made a withdrawal for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) in parimatch on 02.01.2025 at 11:31 am. but still the amount was not credited to my account.
When verified the status with the parimatch about the above transaction, they said “the transaction was successful on their side” (Kindly see the attachment). But so far no amount was credited to my account. as on date.
So kindly help me to sort out the issue at the earliest.
