16th of jan 2023 i place withdrawal request of rupees 6000.but till date my money not credited in my bank account.whenever i call rummyculture customer care they ask wait for 1-2 days your money credited in your Bank account.but today 26 th of jan till my money not credited in my bank account.and today when i call rummyculture customer care they ask wait for 8 or 10 days to get your money back.i attached my bank statement below.
