I have withdrawn 14000 on 12/10 but till now the amount is not credited yet . what is going on?? i have mailed vision 11 customer service but they’re not responding.. 7 days passed till now the amount is not credited. is my money safe?? kindly look into this.. you guys are claiming 10 rupees for instant withdrawal but 7 days passed till now the amount is not credited
