I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the unresolved withdrawal request I submitted on June 30, 2024. The withdrawal request, for a total amount of ₹940, has not been processed or credited to my account.
It is unacceptable that I have been waiting for my rightful winnings for over 12 days. I have checked my account thoroughly and confirmed that I followed all withdrawal procedures correctly.
