I made withdrawal request on 18 May, it is still not processed it should ideally be credited within 24-48 hours but it is more than 1 week now and the support team keeps telling me it is still in process which I know and they say we also can’t tell exact time how is this fair there should be specific time I understand delays but it is too much now more than a week
