More than 5 days happened they aren’t giving my money making excuses

I’ve withdrawn my money yet money is not reflecting on my account and when i inquire I’ve been given the run around and i also sent my bank statement as proif that i haven’t recieved any money from PARIPESA.. even now i want to withdraw but scared that i won’t get it and the withdrawal was made on the 6th of December until now.. Nothing.
