Sir,
You are requested to withdraw Rs. 50000 / – from the wallet of my game ID, 562707 and user, 917232892038 on 21.08.2023. The said Rs. 50000 was debited from the game ID wallet and not credited to my bank account (A / C No. 014410071832). The withdrawal record of the game ID shows a withdrawal of Rs. 47500, a request for withdrawal of Rs. 2000 was made on August 24, 2023, and on August 24, 2023 itself Rs. 1900 was credited to my bank account (A / C No. 014410071832). The said amount of Rs.50000 has neither been credited to my bank account nor refunded to my Game ID wallet till today, 25th August 2023, therefore, I request you to take the above problem seriously and try to resolve it immediately.
