i deposited 5000 rupees in 1win wallet and i fully utilise all money and now i have ₹20,000 in my wallet and i want to withdraw my money in my bank account. And in my bank account my name is only Abhishek and in withdrawal option they ask surname. now what i can do ? i tried 4-5 times to withdraw money but it doesn’t received yet. please solve this issue as soon as possible.
