Hello Sir/ Madam,
I have ordered a green color beautiful kanjivaram soft silk saree worth Rs.1499 with the product code TK-15 from www.rudrasilks.com online on 2nd June 2021 . After 5 days that is on 7th June 2021 i have received a product and it was a black colored polyester saree which was of very bad quality. As it was not the product i have ordered sent an email asking for the refund or replacement of the product with the same reference as mentioned in the website also tried contacting them on WhatsApp but no response from their end. So would like to get the refund from rudra silks as the product received was not the one ordered. I humbly request you to take action on the appropriate person as many people were cheated by this concern. Attached the pictures of the saree received for your reference.
