I have taken a new connection of TATA play with 4000 package in the month of Nov 2022, It’s a customized pack and I have activated with 319 package which need to activate the box maximum 15 months bit suddenly two days back my account got deactivated due to insufficient funds. When I checked my TATA pay app it is showing 0.91 Pisa. Immediately I called TATA play CC and raised a service ticket but still I did not get any response from them.
